Who we are

This website is run by Ugenie AI LTD, trading as “Ugenie” (“we”, “us”). We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16331448, registered office Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at genie@ugenie.ai.

Ugenie is not available yet

Ugenie is in development. This website describes what we are building, and the features shown are not live. Examples on the site, including the AI Council answers and the three main tasks board, are illustrations only. What we launch may differ from what is described here.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and is not a contract to buy anything. It does not create an account; signing in does (see below).
• Your place in the queue is an estimate. It can change as people confirm, refer friends or leave, and we may change how places work. A place does not guarantee access by any date.
• Each friend who joins with your link and confirms their email moves you up 5 places. Only real people count: we may remove places or referrals that look fake, automated or duplicated.
• You can leave at any time using the link in our emails. See our privacy notice for how we use your details.

Your account

• You make an account, or sign in, with your email address: we email you an 8-digit code from genie@ugenie.ai, and there is no password. An account is free and is not a contract to buy anything.
• Your account gives you a dashboard with your waitlist place, what you told the genie and the features that will open for you first.
• If you are on the waitlist with the same email address, signing in links your account to your place and confirms it.
• Only use an email address that is yours, and keep your codes to yourself. We may close an account that is misused.
• To close your account, email us at genie@ugenie.ai. There is no button for it yet, and leaving the waitlist does not close it.

Talking to the genie

• The genie on our homepage is an AI preview. Its replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are not advice of any kind.
• Please do not share personal, confidential or sensitive information with it.
• You must not try to misuse it, for example by getting around the bot check or the daily limit, or by trying to make it produce harmful content. We may limit or block access.

Other companies' names and logos

Names and logos of other products, such as AI assistants and work tools, belong to their owners. We show them to explain which tools we plan to work with. It does not mean those companies endorse or partner with Ugenie, and none of these integrations are live yet.

Our content

The Ugenie name, the genie orb and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You are welcome to share links to the site, but please do not copy or reuse our content or brand without asking.

Using the site

We work hard to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, because the site, the waitlist and accounts are free, we are not liable for any loss arising from using them, except where the law says we must be.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your home nation.
